How to Place an Order
Purchasing is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
1. There are two ways to submit an order. You can send us an e-mail or you can use our online order form.
2. Highlight the item(s) you wish to purchase and copy/paste
them into the order form/e-mail. You will receive a reply from us within 24 hours. We will include
total price including shipping & handling, etc. Please remember to provide us with your shipping address.
3. We will e-mail you an invoice. Once you make payment for the item(s) and the funds are received, we will promptly ship your
order out. We will send you a confirmation e-mail letting you know your order has been shipped.
It may sound a bit complicated but we can assure you it is a totally simple process. We've been in business for almost 7 years now with a very satisfied array of customers.
Methods of Payment
HipHopMarket currently accepts the following methods of payment:

*Note: Customers who use Paypal as a form of payment will be charged
.30 + 2.9% of the final total of the payment.
For Non-Credit Card Orders
Send money order, well-concealed cash (at your discretion),
or checks (least preferred - it will delay your order + you must
include bank phone number).
Please include your email address with each order in case
there is a question or problem.
Shipping
The chart below details shipping charges within the United
States. This includes: the continental 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii,
APE/APO's, US possessions and territories. Shipments with a value
of $180.00 or more will be sent via UPS and will require a signature
for delivery. Virtually all US orders are shipped through the
United States Postal Service. The charges listed below are per
shipment, not per order.

International Shipping
HipHopMarket can ship your order to almost anywhere in the
world. Remember that you are responsible for any taxes, duties,
or customs fees charged by your local government. We must place
a green customs sticker on all international orders. Customs
forms for all international packages list the value of your order's
contents by product type. For instance, orders containing CDs,
records, and posters will be listed in a way similar to the following
example:
Posters value: $6.99
CDs value: $3.99
Record value: $5.99
If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift".
The cost of the items is are stated on the customs form. We do
our best to help you avoid an extra customs charge.
Most overseas orders are shipped First-Class Mail International 4-10 day delivery.

Q : How long will it take for me to get my order?
A : Usually 2-5 days after we received payment. 4-10 days for international orders.

A : We're sorry for the inconvenience, we're in the
process of setting up a shopping cart. For the time being, we

Paypal?
A : Paypal charges us .30 + 2.9% of the total amount sent
to us. We feel that we should not have to pay to receive money,
so we charge that fee to customers who use the Paypal service.
It's a very minimal fee.

Q : Is everything on the site in stock?
A : Yes, everything is currently in stock unless noted otherwise.
We usually do not have items in large quantities, but we will
always be able to tell you exactly what is in and what is out
of stock.

Q : Can I make payment with a personal check? I have excellent
credit & sufficient funds in the bank??
A : We accept personal checks (You must include bank phone
number). However, we will not ship your order until the check
has cleared. Money orders are preffered.

Q : Where are you located? Can you ship internationally?
A : We are located in the south east United States. We ship
internationally.

A : The best way to receive up to date information on new
releases, discount sales, & free giveaways etc. is to sign

Q : I saw this record on Ebay for only $2. Can you sell it
to me for $2?? Hook it up man?!
A : We can't "Hook it up". If you saw it somewhere
else for a cheaper price, then you should go purchase it there.
Availability
We stock all product at our location. If a product is listed
on our site then it is in stock. Please remember all sales are
final unless merchandise is found to be defective. No refunds
can be given.
Promotions and special offers
We offer free giveaways from time to time. Every order placed
over $15 will get a free sampler cd and stickers.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday at 4:00 PM EST
. For example: if you placed your order at 11:30 AM EST on Monday,
we would process your order and ship all items on that day. If
you placed your order at 5:00 PM Thursday, it would not be processed
until Friday, with the items shipping on Friday.
